The Caloosa Catch and Release Presented by Yamaha and Ft Myers Marine is known for being a jam packed four day weekend and it still is; but only if you want it to be. This year is all about options. The Caloosa, still anchored on Captiva Island will give participants a true island experience at 2 authentic host locations; Jensen’s Marina and the Celebration Center of Captiva off Andy Rossi Lane. Three truly unique lodging experiences have been negotiated with special discounted rates if you chose to stay on the island and a night off has been arranged to enjoy however you choose. Whether at home or on island time…
Friday night will feature the first ever “free night” within the tournament, a great choice for those anglers not staying on the island. Just relax and rest up for a big day Saturday. For the majority that make a mini vacation out of the weekend we have several hotel options all providing special tournament rates as well as a few highly recommended dining options. Special room rates have been negotiated with the following locations: Captiva Island Inn, Jensen’s on the Bay and South Seas Island Resort and to these great restaurants; Keylime Bistro, Cantina Captiva and RC Otters if you will be eating on the island Friday night.
